July 6

Reckless act or driving. 200 block Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 1:36 p.m. Dump trucks high-rate all day.

Trespass. 300 block Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 4:25 p.m. Silver car, missing hood. Car is on reporting party’s property occupied by one male. Appears to be setting up camp and playing guitar.

Burglary report. 1100 block State Route 12, Montesano. 5:57 p.m. Money and electronics taken. Suspect info. Manager of park has surveillance video.

Suspicious person. South Bank Road and Wakefield Road, Elma. 7:25 p.m. Old bridge on South Bank Road. W/M 40 year old, thin, light colored shirt, taking hand railing off of bridge, holding a wrench.

Animal problem. 300 block Old Wynooche Road, Montesano. 10:27 a.m. Neighbor’s cows at large again, on reporting party’s property. Have been walking onto property and doing some damage to his trees. This is an ongoing issue for his property.

July 7

Theft. First block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 10:32 a.m. Theft of lawn mower, gas cans, and rose bush. Unknown suspect. Occurred past 3 days.

Civil matter. 300 block South Union Road, Elma. 5:22 p.m. Reporting party’s 27-year-old son refusing to leave the residence. Family is wanting him to go to rehab or vacate the residence – male saying he’ll only go if he can take his gun and their vehicle. Will recall if he leaves or escalates.

Suspicious vehicle. First block Fairgrounds Road, Elma. 10:32 p.m. 3 vehicles driving through the field and shutting their headlights off. Too dark for reporting party to get any descriptions.

Burglary report. First block Crow Lane, McCleary. 7:15 p.m. Neighbor breaking into reporting party’s residence and stealing clothes and jewelry. Unknown how entry is gained but reporting party is now missing a spare key.

July 8

Theft. 500 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 8:41 a.m. Silver vehicle left without paying for $29 gas, toward highway.

Traffic hazard. State Route 12 and Clemons Road, Montesano. 10:06 p.m. Unknown male or female subject last seen wearing all gray clothes, standing 2 feet away from highway, not walking, reporting party concerned for oncoming traffic.

Domestic violence act in progress. First block Murray Place, Elma. 1:15 p.m. Ex-boyfriend threw a hamburger at reporting party and lunged at her. Verbal in background. Three children in residence.

July 9

Agency assist. 1000 block Capitol C Line, Oakville. 3:10 a.m. Will be near top of shooting pit 5 miles up Waddle Creek Road. Two different fires – can see flames and is large.

Vehicle prowl. First block Capitol B Line, Oakville. 2:22 p.m. Keys, wallet, etc. taken from reporting party’s vehicle last night at location. Vehicle was unlocked.

Traffic hazard. 1100 block Monte Elma Road, Elma. 4:36 a.m. 2 people walking in the middle of the roadway. One female last seen wearing blue hoodie, unknown description on the other. Reporting party almost hit them while driving.

Traffic offense. Lambert Road and Wakefield Road, Elma. 1 p.m. Subjects racing motorcycles back and forth on Lambert Road for past two hours. Going from Wakefield to Lambert, Wenzel Slough and Keys Road.

July 10

Theft. First block Sunrise Drive N., Montesano. 1:43 p.m. Mail stolen from mailbox last night. Also said other mailboxes in area were stolen from. Unknown suspects.

July 11

Report of fraud/blackmail. First block Kayla Drive, Montesano. 9:52 a.m. Received a call claiming FBI, claiming warrant for arrest and left number to call.

Harassment report. First block South Union Road, Elma. 1:15 a.m. Reporting party’s ex throwing rocks at the 5th wheel and threatening to throw them through her vehicle window. Just left in a white Nissan Pathfinder, two minutes ago, possibly hid a gun in the woods prior to leaving, he is a convicted felon.

Traffic hazard. First block Dunlap Road, Elma. 6:15 p.m. Subject that has his “cow manure sprinkler” sprinkling cow manure all over the roadway, causing a hazard for cars that have to drive through it, and is a safety issue if they unknowingly have their windows open.

Unlawful display of weapon. 300 block State Route 8, Elma. 6:53 p.m. EB – Male on motorcycle brandishing a hand gun. Undid his jacket and undid the gun, made motion with gun like he was going to shoot at the reporting party.

Agency assist. First block Camp Creek Road, Montesano. 6:30 a.m. Fire in a brush pile – is near a barn but not yet threatening.

Vehicle prowl. 700 block Middle Satsop Road, Montesano. 6:34 a.m. Unlocked vehicle broken into over night – small items taken. Suspect took some loose change from the center console. There were no other items taken and no damage done.

Traffic offense. 800 block Middle Satsop Road, Montesano. 11:59 a.m. Maroon Harley, driver, older male, gray beard with lime green helmet – Headed toward Brady – went through construction site at high rate. Reporting party advised that the road is closed in the area.

July 12

Traffic hazard. 100 block Cloquallum Road, Elma. 10:34 a.m. County roads put out traffic counter strips near creek, 1 was just dislodged by passing vehicle and flipped into the air.

Animal problem. First block Strawberry Hill Road, Elma. 12:04 p.m. Ongoing problem with neighbor dog attacking and being aggressive towards reporting party’s dog.
