Aug. 25

Trespass. First block Hiram Hall Road, Montesano. 9:06 p.m. Requests check of people trespassing at the river, access gained through the gate at the end of the road – Only one vehicle seen, primer black pickup, unknown how many occupants. Vehicle no longer on scene.

Noise complaint. 100 block Hokanson Road, Elma. 11:51 a.m. Ongoing problem with neighbors across the street – people living in a motorhome, being loud, arguing, generally being a nuisance. Made contact with the noisy party. She stated that her and her boyfriend are renting the property and will be moving soon. Advised her to keep her dogs restrained and quiet at night.

Theft, property, other. First block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 2:54 p.m. Reporting party’s adult son and friends staying at location without permission, stealing her things, using drugs.

Assault, domestic violence. First block Cloquallum Road, Elma. 4:28 p.m. Female being attacked by her husband. This is occurring at the residence across the street. Knows there are weapons in the residence, unknown if those are out. He threatened her, choked her and pushed her down. One in custody.

Aug. 26

Harassment. 700 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 8:34 p.m. The video of the incident where 4-year-old “jumped off” bridge has gone public and reporting party fears for her safety.

Assault. 5000 block State Route 12, Malone. 4:47 a.m. Ongoing issue with a vehicle speeding through the neighbor hood — Reporting party followed the vehicle and confronted the driver who is a neighbor — the other driver assaulted the reporting party and the reporting party drew a gun on him, reporting party declined aid.

Aug. 27

Destruct/damage/vandalize property. First block Schouweiler Road, Elma. 8:49 p.m. Wires to automatic lights are disconnected and power box messed with, unknown time frame. Reporting party’s dogs going crazy.

Noise complaint. First block Murray Place, Elma. 10:49 p.m. Request quiet of loud intoxicated people. There is an older lady in her 70s that lives with male and she has not been seen for the past three-four days.

Aug. 28

Suspicious person/circumstance. State Route 12 at W Wynooche Road, Montesano. 9:43 a.m. Female walking on Wynooche who looks like a woman who was seen as wanted on Facebook for violation of Uniformed Controlled Substance Act charges. Female last seen wearing black coat and baggy clothing, has a white bag. Female is now walking eastbound on Highway 12.

Weapons offense. 100 block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 4:11 p.m. Subjects shooting a gun from out in the woods across from Wildcat Creek. Has been occurring past three days – makes reporting party nervous. Requests check of the area.

Noise complaint. First block Enterprise Lane, Elma. 10:09 p.m. Military training going on above house, reporting party is extremely upset about the noise.

Aug. 29

Suspicious person/circumstance. First block Heslep Lane, McCleary. 2:01 p.m. Stop sign and street sign on Heslep Lane is down – advise roads. A school bus is parked on the property and an electrical extension cord is stretched from the house to the bus. The digging is related to post holes for a fence.

Aug. 30

Harassment. First block Rose Lane, Montesano. 1:32 p.m. Harassment from male neighbor, has been driving past reporting party’s house. The reporting party was given information on how to obtain court orders. Reporting party just seeking advice. Male lives on same road and has been driven by her house on a couple of occasions and looked into her windows. Male seems to frequently contact her in a friendly manner while she is out walking.

Animal problem. 500 block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 8:47 a.m. Son called reporting party and advised there was a deer who was flailing around near location. Believe he was hit by a vehicle, was alongside the roadway, reporting party not on scene.

Threatening. First block Schouweiler Tracts Road E, Elma. 6:51 p.m. Was just chased down by subject at car dealership who threatened to “put a bullet” in reporting party, saying she keyed vehicles at location. Reporting party standing by. No weapons seen. White male subject, approximately 50 years old, gray shirt with cut off sleeves.

Aug. 31

Accident/blocking. 600 block South Bank Road, Elma. 9:52 a.m. Green car in the ditch. Non injury, female driver walking away. Driver was picked up by another vehicle. Driver fell asleep at the wheel. Is feeling dazed from airbag deployment. Tow has vehicle.

Animal problem. Cloquallum Road at Powers Creek Road, Elma. 3:58 p.m. Second had to reporting party of a Boa snake near the gated community. No one with the snake. Snake not visible. Enroute to meet up with bus driver to look at photos and see if something we need to worry about. Snake lives in area. Will possibly be a red tail Boa based on bus driver description.

Prowler. 1000 block Mox Chehalis Road, McCleary. 3:18 a.m. Someone attempted to break into the house by pulling on the door handle — reporting party chased someone into the woods. No description of the prowler — Reporting party then saw a truck come out of the woods near the reporting party and he followed the vehicle into McCleary. Reporting party believes they were in the neighbors yard and could be hiding in the area. Reporting party is outside in the area spotlighting — reporting party does have a gun with him.
