March 23

Suspicious circumstances. State Route 8 eastbound milepost 1, Elma. 8:22 a.m. On the shoulder of the road – can see what looks like body parts/bones scattered, some on the shoulder and some in the ditch. Reporting party was walking along the shoulder of the road as his vehicle broke down.

Disorderly conduct. First block Value Parkway, Elma. 4:11 p.m. Red backpack, gray beanie, blue Carhartt jacket, black jeans verbal at store. Reporting party is employee, request subject loitering and panhandling be removed from property, refusing to go – while on phone verbal started and reporting party disconnected. Other male shouting in background.

Theft. 100 block Valentine Court, Elma. 6 p.m. Someone took a fallen Alder tree from property – unknown time frame.

March 24

Suspicious circumstance. First block Twin Oaks Lane, Elma. 9:56 p.m. Was watching TV, sounded like a collision outside and a transformer exploded. Reporting party has no power. Didn’t see anything.

Civil matter. First block Hurd Road, Satsop. 12:01 p.m. Brother-in-law took reporting party’s vehicle without permission from Oregon – has left it. Stating there is damage to the vehicle – 2001 gold Chevy Suburban with black rims.

March 25

Traffic violation. First block Mox Chehalis Road, Malone. 6:22 p.m. White male last seen wearing no helmet, unknown further – who lives in the area riding a yellow dirt bike up and down the road last three to four weekends.

Domestic violence act. State Route 8 westbound milepost 8, McCleary. 9:53 a.m. White Kia Spectra pulled over – male threw motor oil on another occupant in the car.

Reckless act or driving. 500 block Williams Creek Road, Oakville. 10:42 p.m. Subjects drag racing in the area – believe it is two red Mustangs and a white car. Believe this is occurring at milepost 3.5.

March 26

Animal problem. First block Hotdog Lane, Elma. 12:10 p.m. Someone opened reporting party’s gate last night – now her dog is missing – female German Shepherd, brown/black wearing a pink star wars collar.

March 27

Report of prowler. First block Hotdog Lane, Elma. 5:42 a.m. Subject was outside her bedroom window, loud banging on the window, nothing said. No longer hearing anything. Also motion lights on. Has had weird activity at the end of the street.

Sex offense. First block Schouweiler Tracts Road E., Elma. 6:31 p.m. Went to buy a car around 4:30 p.m., salesman offered to knock off 2000 dollars if she’d have sex with him, then when she went to leave he “groped” her.

March 28

Missing person. First block Abbott Road, Elma. 9:44 a.m. Husband left on foot past 15 minutes, has dementia, said something about going to the Rusty Tractor. White male, 89 years old 6 feet 2 inches last seen wearing hat, dark long rain coat. No cell phone.

Malicious mischief. First block Murray Place, Elma. 12:08 p.m. Ongoing problems with neighbors – put used cat litter underneath the trailer near the furnace, ammonia smell coming through the residence.

March 29

Reckless act or driving. State Route 12 westbound milepost 14, Montesano. 5:02 p.m. Blue Mercury Sable – driver harassing reporting party – erratic speeds and lane travel.

Disabled vehicle. 200 block South Bank Road, Elma. 2:43 p.m. Single vehicle collision flatbed pickup with rear-end stuck in the mud, no injuries.

Burglary report. First block Wynooche Road, Montesano. 8:20 a.m. Gun safe stolen, one of the vehicles keys taken but the vehicle is still on scene. Door stays unlocked, business owner sleeps 20 feet from the door, did not hear anything throughout the night.
