Sept. 7

Reckless act or driving. State Route 8 westbound milepost 1, Elma. 7:19 a.m. State attempting to overtake a motorcycle going 100 mph, terminated due to speed.

Theft. 400 block State Route 107, Montesano. 2:21 p.m. Locks cut off of gate and lawnmower and other lawn equipment were stolen. Posted no trespassing.

Verbal argument. 100 block Russell Road, Oakville. 8:19 p.m. Dark blue Ford pickup with trailer was parked in the middle of the road, occupied by male – when reporting party’s husband honked the horn he became verbal. Is still outside screaming at husband. No weapons.

Sept. 8

Trespass. 600 block E. Main Street, Elma. 2:02 a.m. Male in the ER waiting room harassing staff and moving stuff around on the desk, has been told to leave and is refusing.

Wildlife animal problem. 200 block Lambert Road, Elma. 9:52 p.m. Red Camaro vs. owl. Reporting party is blocking the roadway due to the owl in the middle of the road.

Suspicious person. 6100 block State Route 12, Oakville. 12:08 a.m. Subject just jumped over reporting party’s 6 foot fence – male saying he needs a ride. Subject is still in the reporting party’s yard.

Sept. 9

Warrant service or confirm. First block Eagle Drive, Elma. 8:19 p.m. Male fell and now laying on the ground face down unknown breathing status. Near the drive through of Burger King.

Game violation. 1300 block South Bank Road, Oakville. 11:09 a.m. Male subject in white Blazer just came down reporting party’s driveway – said he shot an elk on her property. The elk is not deceased, said he was going to leave it until morning. Subject gave his contact info so she could call him back.

Sept. 10

Theft. 1100 block State Route 12, Montesano. 1:01 p.m. Tenant payment box has been tampered with, missing payments.

Reckless act or driving. State Route 108 at Tornquist Road, McCleary. 2:31 p.m. Small gray car with severe lane travel – crossing the center line.

Animal problem. First block Meadow Lark Road, Montesano. 4:34 p.m. Neighbor’s dog in reporting party’s yard barking at reporting party’s sheep. This dog has bitten reporting party in the past. Dog was then on the porch so she sprayed it with pepper spray. Has order against the dog owner.

Sept. 11

Domestic violence act in progress. 300 block Katon Road, Montesano. 10:02 p.m. Ex just broke out window – just left in black Mazda car.

Suspicious circumstances. State Route 107 at Melbourne Road, Montesano. 10:41 a.m. Logging crew found suspicious site in the woods. There is a grave sized hole dug – nothing in it. Unknown if someone intends to return. No obvious signs of recent activity.

Sept. 12

Animal problem. 100 block Brady Loop Road E., Montesano. 4:18 p.m. Two dogs running free. Keep getting out of property and coming to reporting party’s property and chasing her.

Disorderly conduct. 300 block S. 2nd Street, Elma. 7:10 p.m. White female is yelling and hitting stuff with a stick, last seen wearing turquoise shirt, patterned skirt and brown hair.

Suspicious circumstances. 800 block W. Main Street, Elma. 10:09 p.m. Hearing noises inside school but have not seen anyone, believes someone is inside.

Illegal burn. Williams Creek at Oak Meadows Lane, Oakville. 7:14 p.m. Neighbor has burn pile, flames 6-7 feet high possibly a 6 by 6. Occupied by one male in middle of grass field.

Theft. 1800 block Wynooche Valley Road, Montesano. 7:29 p.m. Brother-in-law stole security camera on outside of house.

Sept. 13

Burglary in progress. 900 block Holm Avenue, Montesano. 11:10 p.m. Neighbors are on vacation and no one is supposed to be in residence. Can see someone walking down the hallway. Unknown how entry was gained. No vehicles seen around.

Reckless act or driving. First block Devonshire Road, Montesano. 6:22 p.m. Silver mini van at high rate, currently parked.

Theft. First block Cedar Place, Elma. 8:52 a.m. Reporting party owns property at location, five to six subjects squatting in the residence next door. Subjects began cutting fir, hemlock and alder trees down from that property and yesterday came onto reporting party’s land and began cutting too.

Traffic hazard. Elma McCleary Road at Cloquallum Road, Elma. 1:35 p.m. Three large dogs in traffic, all have collars.

Vehicle prowl. Boundary Road at Kelley Road, Montesano. 5:57 p.m. While reporting party was hunting his vehicle was broken into. Honda civic, vehicle was locked – pried the driver’s door open. Air compressor, tools, title and other items taken.
