DUI alcohol or drugs. 400 block Lambert Road, Elma. 12:43 a.m. Red Jeep is on Lambert near tower, is lost and driving around, reporting party confronted her and she was stumbling and slurring speech – when she noticed reporting party was with security, she stopped talking and drove off, vehicle heading towards Elma. Vehicle did not stop at light, drove up on curb, out testing. One in custody.

Fight not DVA. 300 block W Main Street, Elma. 12:44 a.m. Four or five subjects fighting in the doorway. They all have big beards, starting to disperse.

April 27

Hit and run accident. Keys Road at Lambert Road, Satsop. 7:10 p.m. White VW Beetle skid and hit guardrail, left debris in the roadway, continued toward Highway 12 on Keys Road.

April 29

Animal problem. First block Clemons Road N., Montesano. 12:28 p.m. Reporting party working at construction site just past location on left. Two vicious dogs running loose. Have reporting party trapped in his dump truck.

Shop lift. 200 E. Pioneer Ave., Montesano. 1:38 p.m. Shoplifter has been eating food from the store, no money to pay for it. Is still inside. He is now walking away from the employee, is now out the front door.

April 30

Disorderly conduct. 1000 block W. Main Street, Elma. 3:05 p.m. Male walking down the middle of the road, at one point had jumped on the hood of a passing vehicle. One in custody.

May 1

Domestic violence act in progress. Eastbound State Route 12 at Devonshire Road, Montesano. 6:31 p.m. Tan car parked at pot farm. Mid 40s last seen wearing blue shirt, baseball hat, he was screaming and throwing things at the passenger in the vehicle.

Assault in progress. 600 block E. Main St., Elma. 4:25 a.m. Male yelling in the background. Kicking and hitting employee. No weapons, possibly broke RN’s finger. Not restrained at all – is behind a gurney.

Animal problem. Elma Hicklin Road milepost 1, McCleary. 3:59 p.m. Three cows walking back and forth in the roadway.

DUI alcohol or drugs. 100 block Brumfield Avenue, Montesano. 11:25 p.m. Male subject in a silver or gray sports car, appears intoxicated, was staggering through the store, didn’t purchase anything. One in custody for DUI.

Reckless act or driving. South Bank Road at Williams Creek Road, Oakville. 7:20 p.m. White/black Dodge and an older white single cab Ford pickup racing, erratic passing.
