Abandoned vehicle. Wynooche Valley Road at Forest Service Road R, Montesano. 8:16 a.m. Stripped Oldsmobile car on Forest Service road approximately 1 mile in.

Sept. 9

Suspicious person/circumstance. Brady Loop Road East at Foster Road, Montesano. 10:46 p.m. Male subject last seen wearing baseball cap, gray hoodie, tried to get into reporting party’s vehicle while she was stopped at stop sign. Asked her for a ride. Occurred past 5-7 minutes. Subject was very pushy, rude when reporting party refused to give him a ride. Slammed the door and opened it again. Wanted a ride to Montesano. Suspect white male, 40 years old.

Disorderly conduct. First block Murray Place, Elma. 5:53 p.m. Male at location “whacked out,” causing problems. He has been throwing things around trying to fight with everyone. Reporting party is uncooperative. Male assaulted neighbor and others down the road. Calling neighbors names, threatening to hurt them. Reporting party is outside yelling at him to come out and fight.

Sept. 10

Suspicious person/circumstance. 300 block State Route 8, Elma. 6:06 p.m. Grey 4-door Toyota SUV was parked on the back side of location. Three to 4-year-old child jumped down from the vehicle and ran from the male occupant. Reporting party thought looked weird. Child appeared scared. Male last seen wearing grey shirt, black pants. The vehicle just left again on State Route 8. The subjects were able to get the child back in the vehicle.

Sept. 11

Assault, no weapon. First block South Bank Road, Elma. 10:29 a.m. Was hit by a vehicle intentionally by family member, was knocked to the ground. Male that was hit is 60 years old, laceration above eye. Suspect has a Pontiac silver car.

Theft, property, other. First block Glenn Road, Montesano. 6:17 p.m. Theft of TV and laptop. Has suspect information.

Sept. 12

Suspicious person/circumstance. First block Clemmons Road, Montesano. 10:22 p.m. Wanting to know why there are helicopters flying over the area. Advised was possibly military doing exercises but would have deputy check area.

Violation court order. 900 block South Bank Road, Oakville. 7:26 p.m. Male yelling at female will be in a ’90s white Suburban in the middle of the roadway. Male now pushing the female. Walking southbound on South Bank. Male black baseball cap, white tee shirt. Currently three subjects on the side of the road looking for something. Reporting party thinks he heard them say something about a knife. The aggressor is pushing/throwing her around.

Sept. 14

Fraud/Swindle/confidence game. 600 block Market Street W, Satsop. 12:23 p.m. Received calls from IRS. Stated there was a lawsuit filed against her, made threats to arrest the reporting party. Reporting party gave them her date of birth and post office box information.

Burglary. 600 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 1:27 p.m. Reporting party recently bought property sometime during last week. Someone broke in, took everything out. Reporting party has suspect’s information from the neighbor. Believe was previous owner.
