Suspicious person/circumstance. 500 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 10:56 p.m. White Ford cargo van occupied by one male with long blond hair. Unknown time frame he’s been there. While on the line vehicle left westbound on Monte Elma at a high rate. Reporting party believes it is suspicious.

Malicious mischief. 200 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 5:24 p.m. Tires slashed and window broken out of 2002 Grand Marquis on reporting party’s property. Unknown suspect. Occurred sometime since 9:30 a.m.

Dec. 31

Hazardous materials. First block Schouweiler Tracts Road E., Elma. 10:02 a.m. Was a leak in the pump hose – spilled about a gallon. Reporting party no longer on scene. Occurred past two hours when reporting party was there.

Civil dispute. First block Porter Creek Road, Oakville. 3:40 p.m. Landlord refusing to return guitar. Reporting party lives in his trailer on the property. Landlord has asked him to leave, reporting party is not wanting to vacate until his property is returned.

Jan. 1

Civil dispute. First block Porter Creek Road, Oakville. 8:29 p.m. Roommate is damaging reporting party’s yard during his moving out process. Ongoing problem. Male is wandering around the property getting into things, shining flashlights, laser lights, etc. Reporting party thinks this is purposeful harassment.

Suspicious person/circumstance — weapons offense. 600 block Black Creek Road, Montesano. 3:13 p.m. Subjects across the street from reporting party have been setting off explosions all day. Concerned they are making bombs. Can hear gunshots or pipe bombs. Occurred last night as well.

Jan. 2

Fire. Shelton Road and State Route 12, Oakville. 4:36 p.m. Fully engulfed barn fire — can see flames. Reporting party driving westbound on State Route 12.

Jan. 3

Theft, vehicle: automobile. 300 block State Route 8, Elma. 6:14 p.m. Reporting party went into the restroom and the female with him took off in his vehicle. She was last seen eastbound State Route 8. White 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cierra. Reporting party picked her up today in Tacoma. She needed a ride to Aberdeen. While stopped at location, she took off. Mentioned heading toward Shelton. May be under the influence of drugs.

Malicious mischief. 400 block Market St. W., Satsop. 1:31 p.m. Two weeks ago when reporting party was replacing her car battery she found that someone had removed the plastic cover from her engine and placed small pieces of paper and small felt stockings on top of her engine. No suspect info.

Jan. 4

Suspicious person/circumstance. Oppelt Road and Powers Creek Road, Elma. 6:24 a.m. Male driving up and down the road on a riding lawn mower. Has been out past 20. Turning onto Powers Creek now.

Theft, property, other. First block Marion Road, Elma. 1:25 p.m. Theft of window from her old truck. Has possible suspect information. Rear window from 1947 Chevy Load Master truck taken believed on New Year’s Eve.
