Dec. 15

Suspicious person/circumstance. Central Park Drive and Devonshire Road, Montesano. 5:26 p.m. Small white car seen at location possibly broken down but no lights or hazards on — male was tall and thin and possibly had a rifle or a cane in his hand, just stood in front of his vehicle — reporting party did not stop.

Animal problem. First block Murray Place, Elma. 3:48 p.m. Small dog roaming neighborhood harassing reporting party’s dog. Reporting party is afraid her Pitbull might hurt it. Dog is not aggressive, her dog is not liable for something to happen on her property.

Dec. 17

Trespass. Brady Loop Road at Hiram Hall Road, Montesano. 11:12 p.m. Car and SUV parked outside of vacant residence. Two subjects walking around the house with flashlights. Residence is the only house at the intersection. Unknown who owns the residence. People living in a trailer on the property.

Agency assist. State Route 8 milepost 3 Westbound, Elma. 1:12 a.m. Possible vehicle vs. guardrail was at high rate then saw same vehicle in median, silver Volkswagen Passat style. Unknown if injury. One vehicle blocking eastbound lanes. Other vehicle on westbound side. Occupants not hurt.

Dec. 18

Domestic violence. First block Murray Place, Elma. 9:09 p.m. Female just poured bleach on reporting party. Still at location. Both parties live at location. Parties verbal. Female screaming in the background. Reporting party refusing aid due to costs. States that his eyes are burning. Got bleach on his arms, hair and eyes. Transferred caller to Poison Control.

Dec. 19

Agency assist. Cloquallum Road milepost 14. 1:07 a.m. Have subjects in two vehicles shooting at each other. Heard eight-10 gunshots. Sounds like a pistol. No descriptions available as its dark. Can see flashlight in a field nearby. Are out raccoon hunting. Did fire shots down the road a few miles.

Theft, property, other. 4000 block State Route 12, Elma. 12:32 p.m. Maple trees have been cut/stolen. Occurred past week. No suspect information. Reporting party was walking and broke his leg here, request aid. Aid on scene. Out of the woods.

Hit and run property damage. 1000 block Monte Elma Road, Elma. 5:02 p.m. Female went into the store, got directions, hit two vehicles and then took off. Suspect vehicle is hunter green, possibly Subaru. Last seen headed toward Elma. Female made mention of not knowing how to drive the vehicle she was in while in the store.

Dec. 20

Trespass. 1200 block Monte Elma Road, Elma. 1:03 p.m. Found a bicycle and a cart hidden in the bush. Concerned someone is camping in the area. Request contact. Bike with attached wooden trailer-type thing attached dumped in grass. No signs of a camp or anyone in the area.
