Non-Injury veh. acc non-blockin. 600 block E. Young St. 6:19 p.m. Reporting party backed into a Toyota.

March 17

Audible alarm. EB State Route 8 and Heise Rd. S. 1:28 p.m. Alarm sounding, nobody is seen around. Work was being done inside the building, dust set off the alarm.

Fire or aid responding to Inc. 400 block N. 3rd St. 8:23 p.m. Possible fire reported at building across the street, is visible from a block away. Nothing showing. Burnt food.

March 18

Report of prowler. 12:22 a.m. Male subject outside residence with a flashlight and a bike. Believed to be wearing a hooded raincoat.

Reckless act or driving. State Route 8. 3:16 a.m. Subject traveling eastbound, crashed into a ditch in front of rest area, may be injured. No visible injuries.

March 19

Noise problem or complaint. 500 block 10th St. 7:33 p.m. Request quiet of loud music coming from car in the plot.

Traffic Offense. 900 block Monte Elma Rd. 10:25 p.m. One subject running from vehicle. Is being pursued on foot.

March 20

Disorderly conduct. 800 block E. Main St. 3:05 a.m. Male subject in the plot screaming and yelling. Male subject foaming at the mouth. Drug consumption.

Reckless act or driving. State Route 12. 8:14 p.m. Small gray coupe in front of reporting party. No lights on.

March 21

Hit and run accident non injur. State Route 12 WB. 4:01 a.m. Reporting party saw vehicle hit median and then drive off.

Suspicious vehicle. 800 block E. Main St. 8:33 p.m. Blue Cadillac w/ temporary license in plot the past few days, at far end near the road. Dealership was called, advised that they had never had the vehicle on lot. May be stolen.

March 22

Traffic hazard. 1000 block W. Main St. 7:36 a.m. Dead animal near the staff plot. Concerns for traffic swerving around it.

Theft. 200 block N. F. St. 7:43 a.m. Gas siphoned from vehicle.

Suspicious circumstances. N. 3rd St. and Martin St. 3:15 p.m. Past few days, individuals have seen male in dark green pickup with couch in the back waiting around school bus drop-off area. Dark hair, glasses and heavyset.

March 23

Suspicious circumstances. State Route 8 eastbound. 8:22 a.m. Reporting party can see what looks like bones scattered on the shoulder of the road. Beaver carcass.

Animal problem. 300 block W. Waldrip St. 2:39 p.m. Black lab with a blue and yellow collar, wandering around Timberland Bank.

Domestic violence act. 300 block E. Mommsen St. 3:27 p.m. Request that intoxicated husband be removed from home.

Suspicious person. State Route 12 and Buswell Rd. 5:17 p.m. Male wearing green shirt, camo pants, has some type of patched head wound running down the street with a stick.

March 24

Suspicious circumstances: 600 block E. Main St. 1:42 a.m. Older maroon four door sedan heading westbound. Male driver seen with a fifth of alcohol in hand.

March 25

Agency assistance. 400 block E. Young St. 3:34 a.m. House on fire, smoke and flames seen. Reporting party doesn’t think anyone is home. House has been vacant but there have been squatters. Back of house is fully engulfed.

Animal problem. 200 block E. Waldrip St. 2:17 p.m. Lost red steer wandering the area for the past hour. May become a traffic hazard.

Suspicious person. 400 block E. Young St. 4:55 p.m. Male with blue overalls, no shirt approached location of fire occurring April 25.

Animal problem. 100 block N. First St. 5:49 p.m. Found a male pit bull, thin build. Last seen wearing blue harness.

Suspicious circumstances. 200 block W. Young St. 9:03 p.m. Door to location appears beat up like someone attempted to break in. Nothing missing.

March 26

Fight not DVA. 300 block W. Main St. 1:27 a.m. 15 or more people fighting. Unknown weapons. Everyone clearing out.

March 27

Suspicious person. 500 block W. Main St. 2:42 p.m. Reporting party sitting in vehicle, male in gray hat and tan coat approached and tried to get reporting party to let him in vehicle but she declined.

March 28

Burglary in progress. 500 block W. Anderson St. 6:29 p.m. Reporting party arrived home to find front door open. Has been at work. Unknown if anything is missing, has not entered the residence.

March 29

Male crawled into reporting party’s vehicle, said he would not get out until her son got in the vehicle. Reporting party does not know the subject. No sign of weapons, carrying a briefcase. Camo hat with blue jeans and a green coat.

March 30

Animal problem. 1000 block Monte Elma Rd. 2:53 p.m. Reporting party found a yellow lab with an Elma ID tag. Last seen wearing a blue collar. Reporting party taking dog home.

Suspicious person. 600 block W. Anderson St. 7:58 p.m. Male last seen wearing dark clothing walking up to cars attempting to open the doors.

DUI alcohol or drugs. 300 block S. 3 St. 10:36 p.m. Red van, driver was in store intoxicated. Vehicle still in parking lot. One in custody.
