Two people escaped serious injury when their car struck the Jersey barrier on Highway 12 a mile east of Aberdeen and rolled over. The driver was trapped in the vehicle, but Aberdeen firefighters were able to extricate her in about 10 minutes. The highway was closed for about an hour after the 7:30 p.m. Sunday crash.
