Oct. 25

Disorderly conduct. 300 block E. Martin St; Elma Gardens Apartments. 4:43 p.m. Manager that the reporting party fired the previous day was reported as fighting and charging at the current temporary manager. Temporary manager had locked herself in an office.

Unlawful display of weapon. 1100 block Monte Elma Rd. 7:04 pm. A female came into a business and stated she was held at knifepoint a few hours previous. Suspect was reported to have wanted meth. Suspect was described as a heavyset white female with short black hair.

Suspicious circumstances. 10 block Murray Place. 8:35 p.m. Reporting party heard people yelling and said something ran by the window. Reporting party stated “he doesn’t want to go out there and start shooting” and requested that police officers call before they show up. Reporting party called back and said “they” had pulled up in a truck and threatened to shoot him. He said he is angry about the situation and wants something done about it before disconnecting.

Oct. 26

Suspicious vehicle. 600 block N. 13th Street. 10:08 p.m. Reporting party was almost to her driveway when a vehicle turned around and followed her. The vehicle looked like a white box truck.
