May 22

Suspicious circumstances. 100 block W. Broadway Ave. 11:46 a.m. Officer observed a black backpack unattended in the courthouse lawn. Bag was no longer there when an officer was dispatched to location.

Suspicious person. N. Church Street and E. Broadway Avenue. 5:36 p.m. Individual in gray shirt, and blue pants with a suitcase, appears to be hallucinating as he is grabbing for things that are not there. Reporting party is concerned because there are kids in the area.

May 24

DUI alcohol or drugs. Monte Elma Road and E. Satsop Road westbound. 7:47 a.m. White pickup, severe lane travel.

Prostitution problem. 100 block Brumfield Ave. 10:58 p.m. Requested check of white Chevy pickup in plot. Reporting party believes there is possible vice activity occurring. Male subject in vehicle was contacted, said that he did not see any females in the area.

May 25

Burglary report. 400 block S. Fleet St. 4:03 p.m. Reporting party advised that items were taken from storage unit, possibly between April 13 and May 23.

May 28

Theft from vehicle. 400 block N. 1st St. 6:24 a.m. Victim had back window broken out and bowling equipment taken.

Suspicious circumstances. 800 block Stephenson Drive. 2:40 p.m. Reporting party believes someone tried to steal his travel trailer last night, stated a tow hitch was near it.

May 31

Suspicious person. 100 block S. Main St. 8:25 a.m. Blonde female last seen wearing a red pants suit keeps walking around, seems confused.

Animal problem. W. Broadway Avenue and N. Fleet Street. 2:26 p.m. Two goats walking in roadway, currently in the alley, first seen on Broadway.

Intoxicated in public. 400 block E. Pioneer Ave. 10:57 p.m. Individual extremely intoxicated to the point that he can’t walk or care for himself. Located lying face down on the sidewalk near the corner of Pioneer Avenue and Glenn Road.
