James DeGoode Thesenvitz of Montesano, Wash., passed away Dec. 24, 2017, at St. Peters Hospital in Olympia. He was born March 20, 1921, in Coupeville Wash., Fort Casey to Frank and Ula Thesenvitz.

He is survived by his spouse, Kathleen Louise Pearsol, step-son Roy Albert Pearsol and many nieces and nephews.
