​Mary L. Thayer died July 21, 2017. A graveside service will be held at the masonic cemetery in elma at 2 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017. Following will be a potluck celebration of life at the Stay Beyond Inn & Suites near the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds in Elma. Ernest Eugene Van Orman of Elma died Tuesday July 25, 2017, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital. He was 87. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017, at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Elma. Burial arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Montesano.

Kellie Anne Mergens of Aberdeen died Sunday, July 23, 2017, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital. She was 31. Cremation arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.
