Shoplift. 700 block E Main Street, Elma. 11:08 p.m. Subject took a cookie off the shelf and is eating it and is drinking alcohol inside the store – has been asked to leave. 40s-50s year old W/M 6’4 last seen wearing black shirt, blue jeans. Male walking back towards the alcohol cooler, grabbed another drink.
Reckless act or driving. E Blockhouse Road, Oakville. 9:45 a.m. Construction area – road supervisor reporting that male driving a silver Nissan Z sports car was flipping off road crew and spun tires intentionally multiple times, tearing up a large portion of the chip seal.
June 29
Non-injury accident blocking. State Route 12 & Clemons Road, Montesano. 6:31 p.m. 2 vehicles WB in the roadway but facing EB. Non-injury. Vehicle was towing a car trailer with car onboard. Vehicle jackknifed went off the east bound lanes then crossed the west bound lanes.
Hit and run accident. EB State Route 12 & S 3rd Street, Elma. 11:24 p.m. Green Ford Ranger struck reporting party’s vehicle while traveling EB on the highway, reporting party pulled over in a red VW Passat, Both parties pulled over at Chevron.
June 30
Agency assist. 300 block Wenzel Slough Road, Elma. 5:01 a.m. Vehicle on fire, someone is burned, several subjects yelling, hands and arms are burned. Subject is 50 year old, blisters on the hands. Vehicle fully engulfed and next to motor home. Vehicle has exploded. Male was sleeping in his car. Said he had a small candle burning on the dash. He forgot to blow out the candle and left in burning unattended.
Vehicle prowl. 300 block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 10:31 a.m. Reporting party’s husband was pulled over this morning in a red Toyota 4-Runner – reporting party just got the vehicle and all the windows are broken out and the glove box is open. Unknown what is missing.
Fight not DVA. 800 block W Young Street, Elma. 11:41 a.m. 2 male subjects physically fighting – reporting party’s husband broke it up and confiscated the tool one of them may have been using as a weapon – aid requested for 1 adult male holding his head and 1 laying on the ground.
July 1
Suspicious person. 300 block EB State Route 8, Elma. 11:56 a.m. Reporting party saw one male spray painting a red Honda Civic blue – parked right in front of the rest stop. W/M, black shirt, brown Carhartt pants, works boots.
Rollover accident. 600 block Wynooche Wishkah Road, Montesano. 4:38 a.m. Rollover, reporting party not sure where they are, in a gray Honda CRV. Reporting party is sitting under girlfriend she is still belted down, female is crying. Roof is crushed down. Believe female has a head injury. Vehicle is on the passenger side up against a tree, engine is off. Glass all over the vehicle – all the windows appear to be broken. Both subjects trapped in the vehicle. Extrication complete.

Agency assist. State Route 12 WB MP 16, Satsop. 11:17 a.m. N Side of SR 12 near Bulb Farm, smoke-flames, 20×20 on the edge of roadway WB lanes. Self-extinguished.
July 3
Assault. 1194 State Route 12, Montesano. 4:59 p.m. Neighbor just punched reporting party in the jaw, parties now separated. Occurred over an on-going dog issue. Declined aid, have bloody lip and dentures are broken. No weapons.
Animal problem. 500 block Wynooche Valley Road, Montesano. 12:40 p.m. Neighbors goats eating reporting party’s garden – owners aren’t home.
July 4
Reckless act or driving. 400 block S 3rd Street, Elma. 11:49 p.m. Male in gray Jeep Liberty or Patrior, pulled over on overpass, complaining of ghost in his vehicle, driving erratically believe he continued on into Elma.
