DUI alcohol or drugs. Sund Road and South Bank Road. 6:51 p.m. Lifted newer black Chevy pickup stopped and shot rifle out of window. Was parked at the time.

DUI alcohol or drugs. 700 block E. Main St. 11:32 a.m. Reporting party is conducting a car wash, says silver Buick was at location and occupants of vehicle were high on meth. Two males and a dog in vehicle. Last seen heading toward EPD.

Trespass. 300 block W. Main St. 11:19 p.m. Subject is refusing to leave, has been asked several times not to be there but won’t leave. No weapons, short male, black hoody.

Reckless act or driving. 300 block S. 5th St. 7:42 p.m. Female driver of white Dodge Durango parked in front of location almost hit reporting party head-on. Reporting party believes individual may be under the influence.

DUI alcohol or drugs. State Route 12 eastbound. 10:53 a.m. Red Ford Focus severe lane travel. Reporting party driving behind vehicle.
