Chase Bank plans to close only Grays Harbor branch

Aberdeen site’s ATM will remain operational, the bank says.

Chase Bank’s Aberdeen branch will close March 28 at noon, according to a letter from Chase sent to customers in the area.

The bank, at 109 S. Broadway, will keep its ATM open at the site. The letter adds that clients with a safe deposit box at the closing branch will have more information sent to them in the next 30 days.

The building, which is owned by Chase according to the Grays Harbor County Assessor’s website, also houses Windermere Real Estate on the corner of West Market and South Broadway streets.

Aberdeen’s branch is the only Chase Bank in Grays Harbor County. Chase has branches in the Olympia area. Clients can also access accounts through Chase’s mobile app and can access online at chase.com/MyChase.
