Bee Hive is back in buzz-ness

Montesano fixture is up and running again, serving up shakes, burgers and more

The Bee Hive Restaurant returned this month after a long hiatus.

The owners are working the kinks out of the menu, so it might change in coming weeks.

As of Friday, burgers, sandwiches, salads, steaks, razor clams, root beer floats and more were ready for patrons.

Rose and Craig Gallington took ownership of the restaurant in May 2018. The Gallingtons also own Wynooche Meats and Deli and Wynooche Valley Meats.

About 11 a.m. Friday, all the booths along the windows were filled with customers.

The Bee Hive, at 300 S. Main St. in Montesano, is open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
