New food truck at Satsop Business Park

Workers at Satsop Business Park who are tired of brown bag lunches have another choice now that Elma’s Taco, a food truck parked on Tower Boulevard, has opened. The menu includes tacos, burritos, tortas and quesadillas. In the morning, they serve breakfast burritos.

“Our family is excited to offer authentic Mexican food to the area,” said Alexandra Lezama. Alexandra and her mother, Gema Arrendondo own and operate the business with Gema’s husband Jorge. “Our goal was to create a menu with quality options to serve our customers,” said Lezama.

“We are so excited to welcome Elma’s Taco to the business park, and we hope that others will come up on the hill to enjoy what they have to offer as well,” said Alissa Shay, Manager of Business Development.

To order from Elma’s Taco, you can find the food truck at 43 Tower Boulevard Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
