Reckless act or driving. 100 block N. 3rd St. 1:17 p.m. Frito Lays truck, extreme lane travel, almost went into ditch.

Suspicious circumstances. 700 block N. 3rd St. Reporting party’s mail possibly opened and taped back up.

April 1

Suspicious person. 100 block S. 3rd St. 8:49 a.m. Two males wearing masks going through the pockets of a jacket, then left jacket in the trash. Reporting party believes jacket may have been stolen.

Noise problem or complaint. 1200 block W. Main St. 10:15 p.m. Loud bass music shaking the walls. Contact made and requested quiet of music.

April 2

Reckless act or driving. Eagle Dr. 11:46 a.m. Vehicle traveling at high rate of speed on SR 12. Last seen driving into Elma.

April 4

Trespass. 600 block W. Main St. 8:02 a.m. Request that people sleeping on back porch move along.

April 5

Disorderly conduct. Garden Hill Road. 10:42 a.m. White male last seen wearing black baseball cap and black sweatshirt got out of vehicle and confronted the reporting party.

Burglary report. 300 block E. Pine St. 10:53 a.m. Theft of two chainsaws, occurred past two weeks. No damage.

Reckless act or driving. Elma McCleary Road and Heise Road. 5:42 p.m. Westbound vehicle almost hit another vehicle head-on.

Reckless act or driving. 200 block W. Garden Hill Rd. 12:34 p.m. Reporting party referencing ongoing problem with neighbor speeding in the area.
