April 19

Assault in progress. 300 block Wenzel Slough Road, Elma. 7:49 p.m. Reporting party was just assaulted, parties separated, male assaulted reporting party. Male has knives on his person. One in custody.

Reckless act or driving. Cloquallum Road at Hicklin Road, Elma. 9:05 p.m. Silver four-door car possibly a Hyundai, high rate, erratic stopping and braking – currently behind the reporting party with high beams – and honking his horn – reporting party can no longer see the vehicle.

Threats received. First block Linda Lane, Montesano. 9:16 a.m. Reporting party was out walking his dog and the neighbor began yelling at him about sister’s peacocks, said he was going to shoot them if they didn’t get the birds off the property. Ongoing issues with the neighbor.

April 20

Illegal burn. First block Devonshire Road, Montesano. 1:14 p.m. Subjects burning mattresses and pallets on Devonshire, eastbound side, making contact. Fire is out.

Reckless act or driving. State Route 8 westbound milepost 5, McCleary. 5:52 p.m. Reckless – green truck, cutting off drivers – erratic driving, vehicle now speeding, tailgating.

April 21

Domestic violence act in progress. First block Elma Gate Road, Oakville. 10:37 p.m. Boyfriend tried to smother reporting party with a pillow. Male verbal in background. No weapons in the residence. History of domestic violence– has been physical before. Male in custody for DVA 4.

April 22

Domestic violence act in progress. 1100 block Monte Elma Road, Elma. 12:45 a.m. Female acting violent and hitting people. No weapons. White female, 52 years old, trying to separate himself now. Female struck reporting party in the face. She is in custody for DVA 4.

Burglary in progress. 200 block E. Main Street, Elma. 4:40 a.m. Unknown person kicked in the door and grabbed the reporting party’s wallet and left – occurred just before calling. Two males, both had on hooded sweatshirts. Door was locked, states it is still locked. Believe they were on foot.

Vehicle accident with injuries. Eastbound State Route 8 at McKnight Road, McCleary. 4:59 p.m. Two-vehicle collision, possible head injury/whiplash, going about 5-10 MPH. Silver 2008 Subaru Outback vs. red Chevrolet Cruz.

Unlawful display of weapon. 700 block Cedar Street W., Oakville. 7:06 p.m. Male just pulled a gun on reporting party out of his backpack. No longer on-scene, left on a motorcycle. White male last seen wearing black leather coat and black Dickies. Male had arrived and was beating on the windows – is reporting party’s girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend. Subject cited and released.

April 23

Unlawful display of weapon. 1100 block State Route 12, Montesano. 1:58 pm. Older female in blue shirt, threatened to kill reporting party’s dog with a butcher knife. Was yielding the knife. Both parties are back in their homes. Female was mad because reporting party’s dog was chasing her cat.

April 25

Disorderly conduct. First block Paradise Avenue, Malone. 8:08 p.m. Son is disorderly – beating on doors, lots of commotion in the background. No weapons. Male is now outside, busted the front door, one detained.
