Nov. 22

Animal problem. First block South Bank Road, Elma. 2:16 p.m. Neighbors chickens being allowed to run loose, eat reporting party’s grass seed. Has spoken to owner but he’s not doing anything to keep them cooped.

Nov. 23

Suspicious person/circumstance. First block Schouweiler Road E, Elma. 8:54 p.m. Car alarm is going off. Two times in the past half hour. Dog has been barking and growling. Nothing around.

Burglary. First block Cummings Ave., Malone. 5:19 p.m. House was broken into sometime today – unknown suspect. Entry was gained through unlocked bedroom window. Nothing seems to be missing.

Civil dispute. 1300 Mox Chehalis Road, McCleary. 2:09 p.m. Requests call referencing boyfriend stealing her dogs.

Dec. 1

Weapons offense. 200 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 7:25 a.m. Male acting out. Pulled a gun and threatened to shoot reporting party. Reporting party lives upstairs, he is downstairs. He had a Magnum .357.

Dec. 2

Suspicious person/circumstance. 300 block N. 5th Street, Satsop. Dogs barking, voices heard outside. Has been going on for about an hour. Unable to tell if it’s a male or female voice, last heard outside kitchen window.

Dec. 3

Traffic hazard. 500 block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 4:26 a.m. Male subject walking eastbound in the roadway, intentionally in traffic. Last seen wearing a sweatshirt, blue jeans.

Dec. 4

Agency assist. 100 block Clemons Road, Montesano. 4:50 p.m. Westbound Clemons, black Toyota 4×4 with roll bar on top ran over two mail boxes. May have damaged vehicle as it started making loud noises after he hit the boxes. Subject is detained by Washington State Police for DUI investigation.

Dec. 5

Driving complaint. Central Park Drive &Devonshire Road, Montesano. 7:09 p.m. Silver two-door import, single occupant, erratic speed, refusing to allow reporting party to pass while on the highway. The other vehicle slammed on brakes nearly causing accident.

Dec. 6

Traffic hazard – animal at large. 1000 block South Bank Road, Oakville. 7:07 p.m. Cow in the roadway. Cow in the fenced area.

Dec. 7

Theft from vehicle. 1000 block State Route 12, Montesano. 1:49 a.m. Male got into reporting party’s mother’s vehicle and tried to steal it. Left on a bicycle northbound. Last seen wearing black baseball cap, dark jacket.

Dec. 8

Extra patrols. First block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 6:03 p.m. Requesting extra patrols of the pavilion lot – older green lowered pickup was doing doughnuts and knocking over garbage cans, concerned they or other vehicles will be back doing the same.

Dec. 9

Warrant arrest. First block Hot Dog Lane, Elma. 8:57 p.m. Male subject on porch, appears on drugs, walking oddly, shaking a lot, 40-50’s year old male, last seen wearing tan jacket and blue jeans. Believe subject ducked down between the house, still checking.

Dec. 10

Traffic accident reportable. Black Creek Road and Wynooche Valley Road, Montesano. 8:15 a.m. Black Ford Ranger on its side, driver is out, non-injury. Reporting party stopped with him.

Dec. 11

Traffic hazard. Central Park Drive and Devonshire Road, Montesano. 1:51 p.m. Water over the roadway in several places and carpet debris in the roadway. Advised county roads.

Dec. 12

Domestic violence —assault. First block Sunrise Drive N, Montesano. 12:12 a.m. Girlfriend punched him, tried to strangle him. No weapons involved. All parties on scene, separated in different rooms. One in custody.

Arson, motor vehicle. First block Twin Oaks Lane, Elma. 4:18 p.m. Unknown subject broke into reporting party’s car last night and set the driver seat on fire. Just noticing it – had left the vehicle at location overnight. Is not currently on fire.

Dec. 13

Suspicious person/circumstance. Hurd Road and Monte Elma Road, Satsop. 10:56 a.m. Male in white FedEx van was parked near location for about 10 minutes. Reporting party followed and contacted the driver who advised he was having an equipment problem. Reporting party feels he is a suspect as he told her he was working out of Bonney Lake.

Malicious mischief. 800 block Monte Elma Road, Satsop. 12:01 p.m. Someone shot the passenger window of reporting party’s 2014 Dodge Charger with a BB gun. Don’t believe any person was targeted, just windows. Advised school staff to consider keeping children inside school for the day as precaution.

Dec. 14

Traffic hazard. 100 block Gibson Creek Road, Oakville. 11:35 p.m. Trailer and green car sitting in the roadway with its lights off blocking the roadway – past couple hours. Has been given notice if not moved, would be towed.
