July 20

Robbery in progress. 200 block S. 3rd St., Elma. 4:45 p.m. Just occurred – White male last seen wearing a black mask, black sweatshirt. Had a gun. Unknown age.

Assault in progress. Fairgrounds Road and Filly Lane, Elma. 5:47 p.m. Reporting party just jumped by several subjects. Occurred at the cemetery across from the fairgrounds. One had brass knuckles, one had another weapon.

Court order violation. First block Cloquallum Road, Elma. 7:01 p.m. Reporting party has NCO with estranged husband – Husband has his friend outside taking pictures and videoing reporting party’s home. Blue or black Ford Ranger with wooden racks on the back.

July 21

Unlawful display of weapon. First block Fairgrounds Road, Elma. 9:38 a.m. Male came onto property, waved a gun at roommate, occurred around 2 a.m. Is in retaliation from incident yesterday.

Trespass. First block House Lane, Elma. 2:29 p.m. Male is on the property and should not be there – has been verbally told by mother he can’t be there. Is there with two other subjects in a two door white car. Reporting party is in her room in the house. He is currently in his mother’s room. Does not live there.

Civil matter. First block Western Lane, Oakville. 2:10 p.m. Neighbor just assaulted reporting party, shoved him, is known to carry weapons, usually a handgun. Also took hedgetrimmer and cord from reporting party’s yard to his own.

July 22

Domestic violence act. First block Murray Place, Elma. 8:18 p.m. Brother-in-law out of control, hit someone else and has a baby in his hands. Weapons in the house but are put away.

Fight not DVA. 100 block Brumfield Ave., Montesano. 3:11 a.m. Two boys fighting in front of the store, fist fighting.

Missing person. 200 block E. Broadway, Ave. 2:02 p.m. Son is missing – reporting party screaming. 18 month old, White male, brown hair, blue eyes – last seen wearing white striped tank top, brown shorts.

July 23

Hazardous material. Capitol Forest, Oakville. 11:32 a.m. Went in Capitol Forest down the D1000 line – found several barrels, all marked with Hazmat stickers on them, one was making a hissing noise.

July 24

Vehicle prowl. First block Elma Hicklin Road E., McCleary. Past 5-10 minutes, interrupted prowl, car alarm was sounding. Daughter witnessed someone running away, unknown description.

Vehicle accident with injuries. westbound State Route 12 at 4th Street S., Satsop. 6:07 p.m. Two vehicles – older red Station Wagon vs. other unknown vehicle. Blocking right hand lane, glass and debris everywhere.

July 25

Trespass. 700 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 4:18 p.m. Male subjects carrying gas can and riding a bicycle on the property. Came up the back side of the residence. Was looking through the windows. Believe they took the gas can from the property, then went out the private driveway.

Animal problem. South Bank Road and Delezenne Road, Elma. 4:53 p.m. two dogs chasing male on his bicycle. Reporting party spoke to owners of the dog and they advised him to stop riding by their house if he does not want the dogs to chase him.

Burglary in progress. 2200 block Beacon Avenue E., Montesano. 2:05 a.m. Reporting party just interrupted a burglary to a storage unit, gained access, both males jumped over fence.

July 26

Reckless act or driving. State Route 12 eastbound milepost 14, Montesano. 5:21 p.m. Black BMW, younger male driver, approximately 80 mph, making obscene gestures – transferred to WSP.

Suspicious circumstances. eastbound State Route 12 at Devonshire Road, Montesano. 6:42 a.m. Two subjects walking carrying what appears to be firearms wrapped in blankets.

Code enforcement violation. Eastbound State Route 12 at Devonshire Road, Montesano. 3:13 p.m. Landscaper dumping off tree limbs and scraps off of Devonshire exit on side of the road.

Report of prowler. 900 block W Young Street, Elma. 7:36 a.m. Male snooping in yards, peering into garages wandering area. Last seen west in alley. Black/gray hoody.

Suspicious circumstances. 1300 block Wynooche Avenue W, Montesano. Request check of 2 B/M’s and 1 W/M pushing a Thriftway cart full of beer, believe enroute to the river.
