• The Elma School District will sponsor Summer Food Program for Children. Meals will be available at no cost to children 18 years and younger. Meals will be served at Elma Middle School. Lunch noon-12:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, July 10-Aug. 11.

• The Grays Harbor 4-H program presents the 2017 Annual Cowboy Breakfast during the Grays Harbor County Fair in Elma, 8-11 a.m. in the Mike Murphy Pavilion at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds. The breakfast will feature pancakes and ham or biscuits and gravy with coffee or juice. $5 per person at the door. No tickets or reservations are necessary.

• Washington State University presents Family Forest Field Day, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Wild Thyme Farm near Oakville. There will be exhibitors, demonstrations and classes throughout the day. Youth activities will be available all day. The fee for those registering by Aug. 14 is $20 per person or $30 for a family of two or more. After that date the fee is $30 per person or $40 per family. An optional barbecue lunch will be available for $10 per person. Lunch reservations must be received by Aug. 14.

• The Full Monte: An outdoor music celebration will run from 3-7 p.m. at Fleet Park in Montesano. Performers include the Bruce Hughes Band and the Psychedelic Shadow Show along with numerous guitar performances. There will be wine tasting at Savory Faire and a picnic outside with food vendors.

• Aberdeen Driftwood Players will hold auditions for “Nuncrackers” starting at 4 p.m. and again on Monday, Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. at the Driftwood Theatre, 120 East Third Street, Aberdeen.
