League champion Montesano swept the four major awards accompanying the all-Evergreen 1A League girls soccer team announced recently.

Montesano forward Samantha Stanfield and defender Katie Granstrom received the league’s offensive and defensive Most Valuable Player awards, respectively.

Bulldog senior Haylee Perkinson earned the Goalkeeper of the Year award. Fidel Sanchez, who guided Monte to the league championship, was chosen by his peers as the Evergreen 1A Coach of the Year.
