May 10

Trespass. Mountain View Lane at Delezenne Road, Elma. 5:02 p.m. On-going issue with male that recently was released from prison, keeps coming on reporting party’s property, subject also driving recklessly on the private road.

Disorderly conduct. 600 E. Main St., Elma. 8:34 p.m. Employee calling advising that there is a patient in the ER lobby being aggressive. Screaming and yelling, charging at people. One tazed.

DUI alcohol or drugs. W. Young Street at N. Division Street, Elma. 10 p.m. Traffic stop – silver Cobalt south on Division from Young – ducked down by Waldrip by the school, westbound main now, 12th at Main, possibly armed. State on-scene. Female in custody for felony eluding – DUI. Tow on scene.

Unknown problem. 600 block W. Pioneer Ave. 7:19 p.m. Male stated that he is being attacked, verbal in the background. Someone screaming “stop hitting me” in the background. Two males with injuries. Multiple bite marks, contusion to eye on one subject. One in custody.

Disorderly conduct. 300 block S. Main St., Montesano. 7:02 p.m. A 30s – 40s white female with black hair last seen wearing black jacket and tight pants came in and had a couple drinks, started yelling about calling the police on the bar and making threats to kill the people in the bar. Request aid for possible hydrocodone overdose.

Unlawful display of weapon. 600 block E. Elma Ave., Montesano. 9:19 p.m. Someone walked onto the reporting party’s porch, stole reporting party’s cell phone. Left in a black Ford F-150. Flashed a gun at reporting party before they could confront. Vehicle is taking a left onto Chehalis. Reporting party is not sure who this subject was. Gun was a pistol.

May 12

Disorderly conduct. First block Heikkinen Road, Montesano. 6:03 p.m. Gray pickup sitting by railroad track, male threw a beer can in reporting party’s yard, male sitting in back of the truck – earlier two other males got out and walked the tracks.

Firearm complaint. First block Hokanson Road, Elma. 4:26 p.m. Neighbors to the north are shooting a high-powered pellet gun – reporting party could hear the pellets flying over her head and ricocheting while she was out mowing her yard. Hear the shooting yesterday, as well.

Threats received. First block Lynch Road, McCleary. 9:08 a.m. Male making threats to shoot off rounds at reporting party. This is because of a dispute over being paid over contracting work. Reporting party also has threatening text messages from him.

Vehicle accident – details unknown. First block Elma Gate Road W., Oakville. 1:51 p.m. Out fishing, car in the water, about a quarter of a mile downstream form the boat launch, looks like it’s been there for awhile, but cannot tell if occupied or not. Small sedan with sunroof. Sitting in about 6-8 feet of water, sunroof is under the water. Tow and boat on scene. Vehicle is out of water. Stolen vehicle confirmed.

May 15

Agency assist. Clemons Road at State Route 12, Montesano. 5:40 p.m. State patrol in foot pursuit. Trooper on the north side of Clemons – one at tazer point on the ground.

Disorderly conduct. First block House Lane, Elma. 2:46 p.m. A 20-year-old daughter throwing things around in her bedroom, broke a mirror. Could possibly have a knife. She found one under her pillow a while back. Advised that she is upset over having to do chores.

May 16

Unlawful display of weapon. N. Church Street at E. McBryde Avenue, Montesano. 3:36 p.m. Reporting party’s 21-year-old daughter just had someone pull a gun on her and attempted to grab her into the vehicle. Blue Chevy Avalanche. Suspect vehicle last seen westbound McBryde. Male driver got out of the vehicle, grabbed her and tried to drag her into the vehicle but was unsuccessful. Driver was dark skinned male, red shirt, jean shorts. Gun was a pistol, he pulled it out of his waistband and shoved it into her side. Attempting to locate.
