Non-vehicle accident. Eastbound State Route 12 at Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 6:27 a.m. Ford Explorer and red Jeep Wrangler, non-injury.
Suspicious person. 900 block Holm Avenue, Montesano. 3:19 p.m. Male subject just came to reporting party’s door, posing as DirecTV employees – reporting party called DirecTV and they don’t have anyone in the area working.
Rescue needed. South Bank Road at Damitio Road, Oakville. 2:52 p.m. In Chehalis River just east of location – ran aground in an 18-ft aluminum boat, two subjects onboard, both have life preservers. Boat in the middle of the river. Unable to move it.
Dec. 8
Suspicious circumstances. 300 block Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 1:10 p.m. White car or pickup stopping out at the reporting party’s, opening and closing the door, honking and then driving off – has been going on for a few days.
Agency assist. State Route 12 eastbound at milepost 10, Montesano. 5:44 a.m. Reporting party’s dump truck is on fire — is trying to use an extinguisher.
Harassment report. First block Gibson Creek Road, Oakville. 3:18 p.m. Harassment and threats from neighbors. History of them throwing rocks at reporting party’s husband and making threats to shoot him. Generally occurs when they are working on their water system on the property line.
Dec. 9
Assault. 600 block Elma McCleary Road, McCleary. 11:11 p.m. Assault just occurred. Husband threw reporting party off the bed and twisted her arm – also making verbal threats. He left in a white Dodge truck.
Vehicle prowl. 102 W. Broadway Ave., Montesano. 6:58 p.m. Vehicle prowl – occurred while reporting party was at the festival – 2001 silver Audi sedan — items taken, vehicle was locked.
Dec. 11
Traffic hazard. 100 block W. Broadway Ave., Montesano. 10:08 a.m. Someone throwing nails in the roadway on Louhead Lane. Requesting extra patrols.
DUI alcohol or drugs. 5000 block State Route 12, Oakville. 4:41 a.m. Unknown male stopped at the residence in a silver Juke – was obviously intoxicated, stated he was looking for his girlfriend who was injured. Last seen eastbound on State Route 12 with a female in the vehicle with him.
Dec. 12
Harassment report. South Union Road at Meadowhills Lane, Elma. 7:37 p.m. Male in a white Nissan Pathfinder has been following reporting party, ongoing problem. She is currently pulled over on South Union in a silver GMC Acadia. He was last seen going back towards State Route 8 on South Union.
Firearm complaint. 200 block Minkler Road, Montesano. 7:54 a.m. Duck hunters shooting into reporting party’s field. Which is a flooded lake, it is not clearly marked. Reporting party did confront subjects but they were uncooperative.
