April 1

Reckless act or driving. 1400 block Boundary Road, Montesano. 2:51 p.m. Reporting party behind a silver WRX going 15 mph under the speed limit. When reporting party attempts to pass, vehicle speeds up, when she stays behind, they are slow.

April 2

Unlawful display of weapon. 1100 block State Route 12, Montesano. 5:41 p.m. Grandson kicked his $300 TV because he was mad he’d been asked to leave. Grandson also threatened to burn reporting party’s house down. Occurred past 5 minutes. Hispanic male last seen wearing tan jacket, jeans, last seen walking around the park. Now stating that grandson has a knife – and came running at him with it.

Suspicious vehicle. First block Devonshire Road, Twin Bridges, Montesano. 2:01 p.m. Dark colored Ford SUV pulling a trailer full of garbage/old appliances, reporting party believes in the area looking for a place to dump the garbage, last seen southbound on Devonshire.

April 3

Reckless act or driving. Eastbound State Route 12 and Devonshire Road, Montesano. 4:50 p.m. White Toyota Tundra, toolbox and work tools in back, last seen north on Devonshire after reckless tailgating and lane travel on Wynooche flats.

Vehicle theft. First block Murray Place, Elma. 7:27 p.m. Vehicle stolen, loaned to a friend (who stole a bunch of other property) who is refusing to return it.

April 4

Suspicious vehicle. South Bank Road and Sund Road, Elma. 8:24 a.m. Blue Cadillac with broken windshield, currently in the vehicle, concerned that he is casing the area.

Disorderly conduct. First block State Route 107, Montesano. Hispanic female last seen wearing black vest, pink shorts and leggings kicking the dumpster. Unknown if drugs or alcohol involved. Unknown weapons. Has food containers and Pepsi bottle sitting by dumpster.

Noise problem or complaint. First block Hurd Road, Satsop. Request quiet of male subject’s loud music, audible in background. Male outside working on a blue pickup.

April 5

Threats received. First block Fairgrounds Road, Elma. 5:35 p.m. Threat received over the Internet. Received threat to shoot reporting party. Has screenshots of the contact.

Trespass. 800 block Elma McCleary Road, McCleary. 7:45 a.m. A week ago an RV arrived in reporting party’s yard, is being lived in. Unknown who they are. Yesterday the subject came into reporting party’s home and made threats to injure the reporting party if they didn’t let him stay parked in his yard.

Animal problem. First block Ames Lane, Oakville. 9:03 a.m. Neighbor’s seven cows and 1 bull are in reporting party’s pastures, upsetting reporting party’s horses.

Suspicious circumstances. 200 block Capitol Ridge Lane, Oakville. 12:01 p.m. Male subject breaking into a black SUV parked across the quarry. Noticed while driving by.

April 6

Traffic hazard. State Route 12 eastbound milepost 8, Montesano. 7:53 a.m. Male, last seen wearing baseball cap, brown coat, jeans, staggering back and forth in the roadway on the Wynooche bridge, right hand lane eastbound towards Montesano.

Citizen assist. First block McGaughy Ridge Lane, Elma. 5:40 p.m. Reporting party and her friend have been walking past 4 hours – lost in the woods – started out at Vance Creek Park. Subjects self-rescued.

Man down – unknown problem. First block Hotdog Lane W., Elma. 7:05 p.m. Male slumped over wheel of gray Kia Spectra at beginning of road, non-responsive to honking. Has been at location for a couple of hours, did not check on subject.

April 7

Traffic hazard. Devonshire Road and Katon Road, Montesano. 2:06 p.m. Water over roadway, unpassable for vehicle.

Traffic hazard. First block Hicklin Road, Elma. 5:29 p.m. Tree down, blocking both lanes.

Vehicle accident. 700 block Elma McCleary Road, McCleary. 9:08 p.m. Small silver or tan colored car swerved into the reporting party’s lane and then went off the road – reporting party kept driving. Between Sunrise Autobody and the mill.

April 8

Traffic hazard. Elma McCleary Road and Heise Road N., Elma. 12:13 p.m. Guy walking in the road, swung flannel shirt at passing cars. Is dancing in the road. Tall, skinny, shorts, and walking westbound.

April 9

Suspicious vehicle. 300 block Brady Loop Road, Montesano. 10:41 a.m. Rusty 4×4 Ford pickup parked partially in the road between the corner and the location.

Assault. 200 block South Bank Road, Elma. 12:53 p.m. Reporting party was just assaulted by two males. Said his head is caved in. He is at the gate on South Bank Road near Taylor’s Ferry. Suspects were nearby in their motorhome.

Animal problem. First block Sund Road, Elma. 6:33 p.m. Detaining a stray dog that has been harassing her sheep. It’s currently in a kennel. Wants it picked up. Spayed female with collar.

Disorderly conduct. 100 block W Broadway Avenue, Montesano. 8:03 p.m. Male inmate refusing to lock down – already sprayed. Trying to use handle as weapon.

April 10

Suspicious circumstances. First block Marion Road, Elma. 12:25 a.m. Someone is looking in the storage area, subject has a flashlight, believes they are trying to break in. Vehicle just left towards the overpass, light colored passenger car.

Traffic offense. 500 block South Bank Road, Elma. 3:39 p.m. Everyday between 3:30-3:45 p.m. a small white car speeds by the reporting party’s residence. Unknown who the male driver is. Believe comes from the Porter area but not sure.

Non-injury vehicle accident. 1400 block Mox Chehalis Road, McCleary. 1:21 a.m. Reporting party’s black ’97 VW Jetta in the ditch on it’s side – took turn too fast, hydroplaned and went off the road. Non-injury, just shaken up.

April 11

Vehicle accident with injuries. State Route 8 eastbound milepost 4, Elma. 7:16 a.m. Two vehicle accident, A 72-year-old female with knee injury. Black 2012 Hyundai Tuscon vs. white Ford Focus. Non-blocking. Second vehicle occupant non-injury.

Civil matter. First block Murray Place, Elma. 2:28 p.m. Landlord boarding up reporting party’s trailer with all of her items inside. Was evicted and wants property. Advised to call landlord.

Domestic violence. First block Cummings Avenue, Malone. 6:44 a.m. Husband grabbed items/phone out of reporting party’s hand and threw her out the door. Attempted to break her phone as well. Reporting party is outside in the yard and male is standing in the doorway.

April 12

Traffic hazard. Aldergrove Drive and Clemons Road, Montesano. 8:33 a.m. Request check of a male Terrier mix with a blue collar, in the middle of the roadway.
