Oct. 17

Accident with injuries: Fairbairn Road and Monte-Elma Road, Montesano. 2:32 p.m. Reporting party was turning when they were rear ended, complaining of neck and back pain.

Oct. 18

Agency assist: Monte-Brady Road, Montesano. 7:52 a.m. Woman on the floor unable to speak has blood on her face. Reporting party slurring his speech, became uncooperative and hung up. On callback, reporting party is yelling profanities at call-taker, refusing to start CPR. Abnormal breathing sounds heard in background. Reporting party hung up on call-taker again. Other responders can disregard, this is a medial issue.

Custody dispute: 600 block of East Main Street, Elma. 7:09 p.m. Reporting party says ex won’t let them leave with child.

Threats received: (Address redacted), McCleary. 11:07 p.m. Reporting party’s girl friend advising that her neighbor was trespassing last night. Reporting party called it in and then the neighbor said that he was going to kill his parents and everyone around. Believed neighbor is home alone, owns an AK-47, other rifles. Reporting party requests welfare check.

Oct. 19

Report of prowler: 1100 block of Brook Drive, Montesano. 7:26 p.m. Reporting party says somebody is outside of her house taking things. Child screaming in background. A male and a female subject, possibly more, and a dog. Reporting parties are hiding in their shop, concerned subjects will get in the shop. Reporting party has 3-year-old with her. Reporting party says subjects are in the back yard.

Oct. 20

Trespass: 300 block of Pine Street East, Elma. 10:19 a.m. Reporting party wants woman off property but she is refusing.

Shoplifting: 300 block of South Fifth Street, Elma. 4:02 p.m. Woman reportedly stole food items. Walked up the hill by the middle school. Woman refusing to stop. Aid requested, woman has been tazed.

Unknown problem: First block of Eagle Drive, Elma. Man seen wearing reflective vest holding a rifle and running. “Wasn’t threatening anyone.”

Theft: 900 block of Mox-Chehalis Road, McCleary. 7:38 a.m. Reporting party’s son is using debit card to spend more money than agreed upon. Card canceled. Son has history of doing this, and drug and gambling problems. Reporting party just wanted to know what to do.

Disorderly conduct: 300 block of South Birch Street, McCleary. 8:09 a.m. Man has employees locked in seclusion room. No employees are injured. Three employees locked in room. Employees can get out of room, but the only way out is past the suspect. So they are choosing to stay put. Waiting for additional units. Suspect has barricaded a door. Nurse is preparing a sedative. One detained.

Oct. 21

Animal problem: First block of Blueberry Road, Elma. Dog attacking reporting party’s neighbor’s chickens. Unknown where dog belongs.

Malicious mischief: 7500 block of U.S. Highway 12, Oakville. 9:25 a.m. Reporting party arrived home to find bullet holes in his mailbox. Bullet holes in the residence door, not the mailbox.

Animal problem: 6200 block of U.S. Highway 12, Oakville. 2:51 p.m. Cow in the road on the railroad tracks. Bull in pasture. Small herd of cows and calves at same location. Owner originally denied ownership until told there was no incident involving cattle. Then he acknowledged ownership. He has been advised of the laws.

Oct. 22

Check welfare: South Bank Road and Taylors Ferry Road, Elma. 5:36 p.m. Reporting party requests check of woman sitting beside road. Reporting party asked if she was OK and woman asked reporting party for a ride then to call the crisis center for a ride. Woman is in protective custody.

Animal problem: First block of Lewis Road, Oakville. 2:26 p.m. Several horses in the roadway. Owners notified.
