After dogs barked, woman found a man in her house

Jan. 10

Domestic violence act. First block Fairbairn Road, Montesano. 6:16 p.m. Boyfriend was preventing the reporting party from retrieving her items to leave. History of domest violence, and he threw a heater at her.

Vehicle accident with injuries. 500 block Middle Satsop Road, Montesano. 10:22 p.m. Reporting party just stated that she is at the Brady boat launch — male accidentally ran himself over with his own vehicle — abdominal pain. Not sure what road he is on — has a Chevy Tahoe — was backing up and fell out. Is no longer under the truck.

Jan. 11

Agency assist. Heise Road North and westbound state Route 8, Elma. 6:01 p.m. Trooper out with collision – one running – no description at this time. One in custody – still have a female on the loose. Two subjects involved — one transported, the other in custody with law.

Jan. 12

Reckless act or driving. 300 block Katon Road, Montesano. 10:57 p.m. Vehicle off the roadway, driver said he was texting. Vehicle is just past the park entrance — blue Honda sedan. Vehicle is close to going into the ditch, stuck on a small bank, high centered. Tow en route.

Vehicle accident. First block Mox Chehalis Road, Malone. 12:17 p.m. One vehicle off the roadway, into a tree. Male occupant is refusing aid. Tow en route.

Report of a prowler. 400 block East McBryde Avenue, Montesano. 5:59 p.m. Someone was in the carport/garage area. Could see their flashlight and can smell marijuana. Subjects took off running.

Jan. 14

Accident with entrapment. 100 block Upper Falls Creek Road, Elma. 12:03 p.m. Reporting party vehicle is in the ditch, about to fall on it’s top — vehicle is a black Subaru Forester. Unable to get out of the vehicle. She was trying to turn around and slid into the ditch — noninjury.

Trespass. First block Downey Lane, Oakville. 12:48 a.m. Just found a man in her house, came out of her room because her dogs were barking, reporting party saw him, said who is there, he had no shoes on, claimed he was walking for miles, but she told him to get out and he did. Door was unlocked — nothing missing. Out with subject — one in custody for criminal trespass.

Jan. 15

Disorderly conduct. 600 block East Broadway Avenue, Montesano. 9:43 a.m. Request check of male in apartment — banging on the walls, is there alone, is screaming about shooting people. Unknown weapons, he has told reporting party before that he has a bunch of guns.

Traffic hazard. 900 block South Bank Road, Oakville. 7:04 p.m. Male was sitting on his knees in the road, when reporting party got passed him he got up and started walking toward the reporting party’s truck — officer out with subject.

Incident involving water craft. 700 block Wynooche Wishkah Road, Montesano. 11:07 a.m. Two-man pontoon boat capsized and caught in log jam, about a quarter mile north of the bridge near location, reporting party declined aid.
