Nadine Troglia (Roberts, Crick, Gawer) passed away the morning of Jan. 30, 2019. Nadine celebrated her 90th birthday last spring. She was born Nadine Roberts in Aberdeen, Washington and grew up in Brooklyn, Washington where she met and married her first husband Jim Crick, who passed away in 1958. She married Ed Gawer in 1971 and he passed away in 1997. Nadine has been married to Jim Troglia since 2001.

Nadine was a wife and mother first, a musician second, and an artist third. She taught private piano lessons both in Brooklyn and Montesano until she took a secretarial position with the telephone company. Nadine lived the last 44 years at Lake Nahwatzel and spent the last 25 winters in Yuma.

Nadine is survived by her husband Jim Troglia; daughters Christine Barton, Janine Manners, Karen Pate, Cindy Gawer and Tracey Mendosa; son Scott Crick; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

We invite friends and family to celebrate the life of this glorious wife, mother and friend on Feb. 8, at South Sound Manor Event Center, 455 North Street SE, Tumwater, WA at 1 p.m. where we will tell stories over lunch.
