Harassment report. First block Palace Lane, Elma. 2:33 a.m. Reporting party’s friend left reporting party’s residence, went to her home in McCleary, was followed to her residence by her neighbor – Male flashed his lights and tailgated her – he sits at the freeway and waits, has happened to the reporting party as well as other friends and family – male was in a white Honda Civic.

Assault. 100 block Brumfield Avenue, Montesano. 9:15 p.m. Female came in saying she was just beat up. Bleeding from the arms, bruising on the face – is at the cash register.

July 27

Reckless act or driving. State Route 12 WB MP 2, Oakville. 8:14 p.m. Newer model gray Subaru Forester with tail light out, near miss collision, passed reporting party on the shoulder of the highway, speeding.

Animal problem. 400 block Williams Creek Road, Oakville. 8:24 p.m. On-going problems with the neighbor’s donkey coming onto his property. Have attempted to call owner but no luck.

July 28

Traffic hazard. South Bank Road MP 5, Oakville. 9:14 p.m. Big Leaf Maple tree over the roadway, blocking both lanes.

Verbal argument. 1100 block East Satsop Road, Satsop. 7:28 p.m. Couple of subjects walking down the road, yelling at each other. One of them carrying an axe, one of them carrying a bucket. Appear to be under the influence of something.

Traffic hazard. South Bank Road & Russell Road, Oakville. 4:19 a.m. 30-40 cows in the roadway on South Bank Road – near miss collision.

July 29

Disorderly conduct. 300 block Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 10:56 p.m. Disorderly male in front yard, screaming and slamming doors to camper, no weapons.

Reckless act or driving. First block Devonshire Road, Montesano. 7:35 p.m. Male in a maroon Dodge pickup doing burnouts down the gravel road right by the bridge. 2 males in custody for MIP.

DUI alcohol or drugs. Wynooche Valley Road & Black Creek Road, Montesano. 10:44 p.m. White car in the ditch just south of the intersection. Driver in custody for DUI, request tow.

July 30

Domestic violence act in progress. 100 block Bartell Road, Oakville. 12:12 p.m. Saw a video of male choking female on Facebook messenger. History of dva. Female should have a black eye from last week. Female told reporting party her address and said she needed help. Enroute from Monte – Cut locks off at gate, just saw them on upstairs porch – male walking towards us. Male detained and in custody.

July 31

Domestic violence act in progress. 100 block S 16th Street, Elma. 9:19 p.m. Male and female physically fighting inside the residence. Verbal started a few hours ago – on-going problem. ER with lights sounds of what reporting party believes is someone being thrown against a wall. Both parties injured.

Suspicious circumstances. State Route 12, Satsop boat launch. 8:33 p.m. Fire in trees along river, come to boat launch area. Stroller on fire, can get with extinguisher. The stroller appeared to be in a fire pit. Put fire out. There was also a small tin of fireworks near the fire pit that were confiscated for destruction. No one at the scene.

Vehicle accident. Geissler Road MP 2, Monteano. 5:56 p.m. Appears SUV struck a stump and then rolled. Multiple children crying – asking if mom is ok – a lot of crying and yelling “ow”. Female patient, facial inury – very swollen. Patient is conscious – talking to reporting party, currently laying on her side. Three small children involved. One female child with neck and back pains. Children are banged up. All subjects out of vehicle. Tow is on scene.

Aug. 1

Verbal argument. First block Mox Chehalis Road, Malone. 8:18 a.m. Can hear male and female in a verbal – male yelling about killing the other – male is repeating he is going to shoot the other. Both parties calm – verbal only.
