Sept. 25

Traffic Hazard. Eastbound State Route 8 and State Route 12. 5:37 p.m. Male subject in green shirt and blue backpack walking eastbound is hitching and lunging at traffic.

Sept. 26

Threats received. 200 block N. 1st Street. 7:40 a.m. Reporting party owns house at location. Hired individual to paint the house, he is becoming angry with reporting party and is threatening to “reclaim his work.” Reporting party is concerned he could damage the residence.

Threats received. 600 block W. Young St. 3:20 p.m. Individual picked up a pipe and threatened to hit reporting party’s car. Last seen on 5th Street from Young Street. White male, blonde hair and white shirt.

Sept. 27

Suspicious person. 1300 block W. Waldrip St. 4:29 p.m. White male with black hair and black t-shirt and jeans is walking up and down street, appears to be casing the houses. Appeared intoxicated due to behaviors of talking with himself.

Suspicious circumstances. 1000 block W. Main St. 11:25 p.m. Male checking all doors of the building on the west side. Hoody, baggy jeans. Last seen going around to south side of building. Black pickup has driven around the block a couple times, unknown if related. Most likely the night staff.

Sept. 28

Suspicious circumstances. 100 block N. B St. 5:50 a.m. Male outside pounding on the horn and inside window of white van. Van is also blocking most of the driveway. Male appeared to be on a cell phone and was then pounding his head on the window. White male, short hair and dark shirt.
