Sept. 3

DUI alcohol or drugs. 300 block N. River St. 5:47 p.m. In alley, intoxicated neighbor just drove her car into ditch. Is high centered. Criminal citation for DUI issued.

Sept. 5

Suspicious person. 600 block E. Broadway Ave. 11:03 a.m. Female subject was at reporting party’s back patio door banging on the window. Last seen on foot westbound on Broadway wearing gray winter coat. Officer contacted female subject and advised her to stay away from residence, that she was not welcome.

Sept. 6

Suspicion. 200 block W. Pioneer Ave. 10:02 p.m. Reporting party was jogging, and when he ran by park, female yelled at him and threatened to shoot him. No weapon seen. Officer found female subject known to the police department and told her to move along.

Sept. 8

Theft, property, vehicle parts. 1200 E. McBryde Ave. 8:59 a.m. Both front and back plates taken off vehicle overnight.

Citizen assist. Monte Brady Road at Monte Elma Road. 9:03 p.m. Reporting party requested to take deer from roadway (deer was struck by vehicle). Was told he would have to tag the animal.

Sept. 9

Subject stop. Third Street at Pioneer Avenue. 11 p.m. Female subject flagged down officer. She had been drinking and requested a ride to Thriftway so she could get tampons. Officer provided ride. She had warrants for arrest but jail was status red.

Sept. 10

Theft from vehicle. 100 block N. Sylvia St. 6:05 a.m. Items taken from unlocked truck overnight. Power converter, hunting knife and other knife missing.

Suspicion. 200 block E. Pioneer Ave. 1:03 p.m. Male subject acting strange, causing employees to feel unsafe. Officer contacted subject who was either having mental issues or drug issues. Subject was wanting to contact the FBI. He said he had bus pass and would go to the bus mall.
