Suspicious person/circumstance. 400 block N. 3rd St. 2:21 p.m. Male subject driving an older faded blue Ford truck, driver last seen wearing a clown mask. The vehicle last seen southbound on 3rd. Long grayish hair. Unable to locate.

Suspicious person/circumstance. 600 block W. Pioneer Ave. 7:12 p.m. Someone just knocked on the door, ongoing problem. No one seen around. Request check of the area. No one around. Extra patrols.

Jan. 4

Police Information. 200 block S. Main St. 12:40 p.m. Calling party advises he saw a vehicle strike another vehicle and then flee from the scene at a high rate of speed Checked area for suspect but was unable to locate them.

Jan. 7

Agency assist. Brumfield Ave. at S. Main St. 10:49 a.m. Male begging for money on the intersection of the off ramp at Main Street. White male covered in a blanket. Officer told him that he was not allowed on the highway off ramps.

Jan. 9

Utility problem. 400 block N. Main St. 2:51 p.m. Water leaking from under bathroom sink, flooding the house. Cannot shut it off. Trying to get animals out of the house.

Jan. 11

Theft from vehicle. First block State Route 107. 4:33 p.m. Vehicle prowl took place between Jan. 2-6 at the park and ride at Pettit Oil.

Agency assist. 300 block E Spruce Ave. 6:19 p.m. Chimney fire, large amount of smoke, flames shooting out top.

Jan. 12

Noise complaint. 100 block S. River St. 12:45 a.m. Upstairs neighbor being loud, pounding the walls or something else – ongoing past 3 or 4 days.
