Potluck Dinner

North River Grange is hosting a community Christmas potluck dinner at 6 p.m., Saturday (Dec. 7) at 2637 North River Road. Activities will include craft projects for kids. Please bring a gift of a children’s book to be donated to the reading tree.

Bible Study

Pastor Ron Fandrick leads the Bible study, “In His Image,” on Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m. at Elma Alliance Church, 315 N. Third Street. All are welcome.

Worker’s Comp Rates

TUMWATER — For the third year in a row, the price of workers’ compensation insurance is dropping in Washington. Under the lower 2020 rate, employers will pay an average of about $15 less per employee for a year of workers’ compensation coverage.
