• Montesano Timberland Library presents PageTurners Book Discussion, 6:30-8 p.m. for adults. Join others for adiscussion of “Why be Happy When You Could be Normal” by Jeanette Wilson. • Board of Commissioners of the Grays Harbor Hospital District 1 will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. at Summit Pacific Medical Center, 600 E. Main St., Elma, in the Kelsey Conference Room.

• Elma Timberland Library presents Open House, 2-3:15 p.m., for adults and teens. Come see what is new atthe library.

• Oakville Timberland Library presents “Maker Station Madness” for grades 1-6. All materials will be providedfor this self-directed drop-in activity. Call (360) 273-5305 for information.

• Saturday matinee film at the McCleary Timberland Library, 1-3 p.m.

• I-5 Quarter Midget Winter Blast noon-6 p.m. at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds in Elma. A chance for families to learn about racing opportunities for children ages 5 through 16. A $10 fee to cover insurance cost if driving laps. Spectators are free.

Meetings

• Grays Harbor Council of Governments will hold an open house to discuss revitalization efforts with a full presentation, question and answer session and an opportunity for public input at 6 p.m. at the Port of Grays Harbor commission room (111 S. Wooding St., Aberdeen).

Saturday, Feb. 3

• Elma Timberland Library hosts a Saturday matinee film, 2-4 p.m., for all ages.

• Oakville Timberland Library present Maker Station Madness for grades 1-6. All materials supplied for this self-directed drop-in activity.

• Grays Harbor Mounted Posse gaming and sorting event at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds in Elma, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and on Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Call Marv Cole at (360) 482-3646, for information on signing up to participate.

• Indoor swap meet at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds in Elma, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Also on Sunday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

• Elma FFA Ag Booster will hold their FFA logging rodeo at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds in Elma, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
