The World of Outlaws highlights summer racing
in Elma

Elma
Outlaw Days in late August
The eighth annual Outlaw Days roared into Elma
August 24-26, 2006.
This festival coincides with the Pennzoil World of Outlaws sprint
car racing series visiting Grays Harbor Raceway Park as part
of its Wild Wild Northwest Tour.
Activities take place throughout Friday and Saturday both in
the recently renovated downtown area and at the track, which
is located just east.
Grays Harbor County Fair at Elma fairgrounds in early August
It's not complicated: you would
want to go to this concert-and this fair.
In 2002, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, one of the hottest new stars on
the country music scene, performed at a free concert to open
that summer's Grays Harbor County Fair in Elma, which ran from
Wednesday, August 7 through Sunday, August 11. That year's theme
was "This Fair's For Ewe."
