Description of Proposal: A two-lot large-lot subdivision pursuant
to Grays Harbor County Code Title 16. The subdivision permit
would allow the applicant to divide the existing 10-acre property
into two (2) lots. A small wetland area exists along the eastern
boundary of the subject property.
