The personal representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in a manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance #625 and amending WMC Chapter 2.43.
WHEREAS, the City of Westport has modified its payment schedule of all pay for its employees, and
WHEREAS, WMC Sections 2.43.010 and 2.43.020 are inconsistent with the current pay schedule.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTPORT THAT THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS ARE HEREBY AMENDED:
Sections:
2.43.010 Payment schedule of all employees.
2.43.020 Time sheets and documentation.
2.43.010 All employees monthly pay shall be based upon a bi-weekly payroll system. Pay days will fall on every other Friday and cover all hours worked, including standby, weekend rounds, and callouts through the end of the work week proceeding the pay day.
2.43.020 Completed time sheets and associated documentation shall be submitted to the payroll clerk by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday preceding each pay day in order to be included in that payroll cycle. Payroll checks will be made available to employees by 12:00 p.m. on the respective pay dates.
Ordinance #625 is hereby repealed.
