5-LOT LARGE-LOT SUBDIVISION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that John Rodgers and Gerald Ross have submitted an application for a 5-lot Large-lot Subdivision permit pursuant to Grays Harbor County Code Title 16. The permit would allow the applicant to subdivide approximately 38.742-acres of land into five (5) developable five-plus acre lots. The proposed lots range in size from 5.00-acres to 18.741-acres. The lots will be served by on-site septic systems and private wells.
The purpose of this notice is to obtain factual information concerning this proposal. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission has applied for a Shoreline Substantial Development and Flood Development Permit to develop day use recreational facilities at Bottle Beach State Park including construction of new parking areas, vault toilet facilities, boardwalks and trails, a pedestrian bridge, and bird watching platforms.
